This has been hand planned and then sanded to a fine finish. We then added a stain to bring out the grain and beauty of the wood, and a final finish of polyurethane added to protect the surface. This has been made to last for years to come, as each board has been both glued and screwed into place. We have silicone tabs added to the four corners on the bottom as well as our "P C " brand so you know this has been handcrafted.
